Real organic cotton is a tiny slice of all the cotton grown in the world. It's farmed without synthetic pesticides, so there's only so much of it to go around. Then it's knitted into her heart pointelle, a slower, fiddlier knit than your everyday cotton, and cut and sewn piece by piece. From the farm to your undies drawer, every batch takes months, not weeks.
